EXTREMELY FINE GEM. AN EXCEPTIONAL ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE SCARCE 3-CENT VICTORY ISSUE IN THE DEEP RED VIOLET SHADE, GRADED SUPERB 98 JUMBO BY P.S.E.

Ex Dr. Blumenkopf and Dr. Killien. With 1992 P.F. certificate for a block of four. With 2006 P.S.E. certificate as this single (OGph, Superb 98 Jumbo).
