VERY FINE. AN IMPRESSIVE MINT NEVER-HINGED BOTTOM PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF SIXTEEN OF THE IMPERFORATE BETWEEN FOLK ART ERROR.
Scott Errors catalogue states only one pane of 40 was discovered, meaning there are eight possible complete blocks of four. The catalogue lists a plate block of eight, and we have offered a block of four with bottom selvage and one plate number, indicating perhaps two panes exist. That would make this multiple unique, as the other plate block is no longer intact.
With 2016 P.S.E. certificate for pane of 40. Scott value as four blocks of four without premium for the better position.
