Census of 1c Blue, Type V, On Laid Paper (Scott 24b)
The strip of three at the end of the census has an old APS certificate as
genuine, and a PF certificate stating it is on normal paper, its appearance due
to contact
pressure with an unknown source. It is included here for reference purposes
only.
